We want every purchase to feel clear, fair, and trustworthy. This policy explains when a refund may be available for a paid report and how to request one.
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 calendar days of purchase, you have not accessed, viewed, or downloaded the paid report, and a technical error on our part prevented you from receiving the service you paid for.
Refunds will not be issued if:
Email legal@zpsyche.com with the subject line “Refund Request”, including your registered email, order or transaction ID, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. Please also review our Terms & Conditions.
